All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to instances where the product is out of stock, there is an issue with payment processing, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not signify that your order has been accepted or processed. Once your order has been reviewed and processed, we will send you an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Order Acceptance: Your order will be deemed accepted when we send you a confirmation email, and the payment has been processed. Until that time, we may choose to cancel or modify the order if there are any issues, such as stock unavailability or a technical error in processing the payment.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, but please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotions, which will be communicated on the website or at checkout.

At Originhato, we strive to keep our inventory stocked, but due to the nature of our business (plants and horticultural products), certain items may go out of stock temporarily.

You will have the option to wait for the product to become available again, choose an alternative product, or request a refund. If an item is backordered, we will estimate the restock date and provide an update as soon as it becomes available.
